AWAM 2008 - Asia Waste Management Expo & Conference, 28 - 30 October 2008

AWAM 2008 EXPO & CONFERENCE – Asia ’s First Comprehensive Waste Management Event will be held at the new ultra modern Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre from 28 - 30 October 2008. Supported by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, Malaysia , AWAM 2008 Expo & Forum will be a truly international event that caters to the needs of the region as it provides a major platform for industries to keep abreast with the new technologies and capitalize on increased business opportunities in the waste management sector.

Themed as “Sustainable Waste Management in Asia ”, AWAM 2008 Expo & Forum  will focus on technologies and solutions for a sustainable waste management and energy system. AWAM 2008 will be the biggest industry gathering of the year in the region bringing together key players representing municipalities, solid waste collectors, recycling companies, disposal and waste-to-energy conversion companies.
